As you likely know from the fact that we have open and transparent financials and customer feedback to our whole staff, our performance doesn't match up with your ad hominems, much less any "bleeding." Just look at our website to see our unfiltered customer feedback. Additionally, we're proud of our "fortress" balance sheet. 3. We prize strong performers who bring ideas to the table. 65% of our leadership team has been promoted from within and profit-sharing distributions have weighting based on tenure. Again, verifiable on our website. We also prize our culture of performance, transparency, and competency. It's not a place for everyone, which is why we're always open to moving on from employees that aren't the right fit after ample conversation and notice. Even in those moments, we always seek to make the transition as smooth as possible and treat everyone abiding by the golden rule, even if we haven't received the same in return.
