Taking vacation is frowned upon because it lowers your productivity. The Female owned company is in name only, and there are actually no women on the senior leadership team, only young white males. Staff generally overworked and underappreciated. They have no eye for talent, and don't use employees or train correctly.

I was initially ghosted from my interview process. No response or follow up for a few weeks, then out of the blue provided a verbal “offer” over the phone with pressure for me to commit to the position. The talent acquisition representative wasted 2 weeks of my time with back and forth conversations and no formal offer letter. I was never provided a reason from 3 different personnel, of various levels of the organization, as to why I wasn’t provided a formal offer letter, but assured it would be handled promptly. I ended up accepting a different company’s offer as they were much more professional and organized. I wouldn’t recommend this company after the experience I had as a perspective candidate.
