Pros
The Japanese parent company is great, what a shame the culture does not exist in Australian operations.
Cons
Where to start, from an Australian Managing Director who is so out of touch with the real world. A runs the business with scare tactics and fear management. Combined with is own self interests and greed at his core. I'm sure if the parent company did a proper audit on his activities and that of some of his senior management they would be horrified at the corruption and fraud that is going on.
