Office Ambience is good. New Office is close to the Metro station.
Cons
1. Unprofessional Boss. - There is no training for anything but they expect you should bring the money to the table right away, even if you have no knowledge of the product they sell. 2. Hours and hours of meeting - Humiliating, torturing, and passing judgment on individuals' characters. 3. The company has a dumb HR department. Has no knowledge of the HR profession. She thinks an office is a fun place and asks to write 100 emails for the reason is sitting, standing, and waking. 4. They have a useless Sales Manager who does not bother about teammate work. 5. There is no reimbursement system. 6. No courtesy to the workers while they sit to eat their lunch. 7. There is no salary incrementation and some employees are asked to work on weekends.
