Caring managers, but unstable leadership and politics hinder progress
Pros
The company does have some good managers that care about you and your mental well being. The work does change peoples lives so it is great to always hear people or customers talk about how it has improved patient care.
Cons
RevSpring purchased the company and when they fired all the execs and vps. They got replaced with some legacy employees that are very sales-y and suck at vision, workflow, and just talking to their staff. Some days you will be working on a project and the next your org changes and you have to redo everything. You have to know who is loyal to who since if they do not like you, they will use those people to keep notes of any negative thing you say no matter how small or even if it's not negative but could be made to look that way, they will note it so they can get you on pip quickly.
