This is the worst ever workspace not even recommendable to freshers, experienced professionals I don't even count. Company : > No timely salary and Poor salary hikes > 20-year old technology stack > No specific training or KT regarding their product, additionally will expect you to work on 2nd day >Dominating directors and a manager. >Avegere 11-12 working hours everday, though they will say it's 10 hours per day(Which is also not as per industry standard). Managers: There is one local manager( would loved to mention the name but I'm not unprofessional like him) ,who will literally abuse you by using such words that you have never heard in life. Interstingly company depends on him. He grabs all innovative work(which is 1%) and will kill your innovative ideas ,will be abusing you all the time. He don't even respect any of his reportees. Management : They will lose your confidence and make you feel that you are capable of nothing. They feel like they are your godfathers and ridiculously they think that by giving salary to you they are making almsdeeds and favors. Everything is unorganized, they will give you an experience of being pissed off in a pressure cooker. "I got the above experience, if you are a big fan of 'Khataron Ke Khiladi', then you may join at your own risk by destroying your career."

Here are bullet points: 1.Old technology (Stack 1.x). 2.Worst learning environment. 3.They will hire you saying that we use automation tools like(selenium,cucumber framework), but inside here there is only manual testing and excel sheet filling and late night working(No exta pay/ No comp off). 4.One of the local manager yelled at repartee's just as they are his slaves and always compare his work with his repartee's (who is just fresher or 1yr exp). 5.Worst Salary structure(If you are having 1yr experience then also they will pay you 2LPA package and treated as freshers but expects high results). 6.No good percent of hike(They will keep variable) and they will not provide salary slip unless and until you don't talk about it with HR. 7.Evening snacks is worst in taste(Vadapav, Misal) and they deduct 400rs for that. They don't care even if you eat or not. 8.As the evening snacks comes from CEO's sisters catering(Paise bachat), So he will not change the menu/catering.. what ever it is you must eat.. 9.No Appreciation for employees for weekend work. 10.No Refreshment like (Team lunch, outing, parties, etc.) only WORK! WORK AND WORK!!!! 11.There is no learning sessions for (updated technologies). 12.If you are fresher they will give you work on very first day without any documentation and they force you to work from day one. 13.They realise that they have some pending work just before 2hrs of demo and they will pressurised both Developer as well as QA people to do it fast and endup with another bad demo.
