Pros

First of all, as a transparent and unbiased observation. It needs to be know that various reviews are either not true or have been outdated, from my observation in my first week at LA Lighting… so far… - No holes on ANY wall. - Marketing has a legitimate, designated, knowledgeable and organized personnel. - The company has not “dying company”… in fact, quite the opposite. Seasons play a role just like any industry. - HR: was nothing close to “psychiatric” - the personnel is highly competent, cares for everybody and highly experienced. - “sense of purpose” is set in written. Detailed and outlined in a formal job offer, paid training program designed to prepare for sales. - “hot work environment” … not true- the assembly line has HUGE industrial fans in every isle. A cool break room with iced filled working industrial refrigerators, ice cold water in every hall… - “promoted staff from within” … turned out to be THEE most qualified group of professionals, most of which have decades with the company… everybody has been helpful and supportive, in the office and on the assembly line… - sophisticated and highly organized knowledge base makes it easy for a sales rep to source information of product, product key, code etc. - Highly experienced and professional operations team. - Don’t know much of Mr. Shapiro yet, but this organization shows happy people, thoroughly thought out operations, plans, safety, compliance, care, management, investment towards training, values, mission plan, marketing, QUALITY product, satisfied recurring customer/accounts. - organization: many meetings held, on various occasions, various departments, white boards on most offices, safety trainings etc. so there you have my review (on previous reviews).

Cons

I’m sure some cons may probably come in the future … like any job. But as of right now, this is my unbiased and truthful comparison from what I’ve observed and what other reviews claimed. -E.S
