Pros

Occasional company dinners/parties. Health Insurance

Cons

Underpaid for the amount of work demanded. Workload frequently increased with no increase in pay. No boundaries were respected; could expect calls, emails, and texts from superiors outside of office hours and even on weekends. Frequent interrogation of what I was working on and how I was spending my time when not directly in view. Expected to perform duties and tasks not initially outlined in job listing or interview. Eventually expected to be at the disposal of my superior's family members for assistance with travel and financial tasks. Expected to use own personal computer when not in the office and working from superiors home - asked for a company computer but never received.
