Pros

1. You would learn strict discipline which may help you out in some Government or international organization. 2. There is growth if you're prone to abuses and stay at this organization for a long

Cons

I was working with them for a big magazine by them (I wouldn't name that or reveal my designation) But there was no professionalism at all. some of the cons are: 1. The owner is very rude in nature, she is a lady in her late 70s, who will never talk to you in a formal manner (even a normal instruction will sound unpleasant) 2. No job training means you'll not have much idea to do the work and your single mistake after that would make you hear a lot of bad words from the Lady owner. 3. No HR sessions, as the HR is on holidays for most of days 4. No documentation, as they don't care about it you'll get your salary with some strange deduction in the last of the second month through cheque and you can't argue them as everyone fears the Lady. 7. They make you sign an agreement by which you're asked to work for them for a year failing that will result in not getting any experience letter or remaining salary. 8. If you're an intern then you're treated ill, the boss may use abusive words and stipend is low as 1500 for some 45 working days (weekends and holidays not counted). 9. The crowd is not very well-read, you'll find employees politicizing on cheap level talks (if you ever worked with any MNCs then you'll laugh at the employees as they're not that professional) 10. Rare people work here for more than 2-3 months as due to annoying behaviour people leave this organization in even less than a month

Pros

No pros at all.

Cons

The worst company ever, I worked with 5 companies in my 7 years of career and never felt such humiliation like this organisation. this company is owned by a mentally ill old lady who don't know how to speak with her employees. No growth at any level, bet you'll leave your job in 3rd month without getting anything paid. before joining simply buy their magazines and look closely they have new editor in every 3rd month, how come this? because a new editor comes in works for a month and on next month's end which is their tentative date for clearing monthly dues, don't get his salary and asked to wait another month. And finally decides to leave when he don't get his/her salary even in next month. That too without any experience letter, now when you go finding another job you have to show your 3 month gap, and you wont even get your previous mark for salary. Boom you're unemployed now. The work load is much hectic, you wont find any leave on holidays as they keep it reserved only for Christmas & New year. They'll treat you like a servant here, and keep on abusing you for no reason. very arrogant lady.
