      Interesting projects and project ownership.

      Pros

      You get to work on some great projects with great people. The team is great and knowledgable which will help you get up to speed and grow. Management is always willing to help where needed and will even be on the floor with the team tackling issues. Great place to grow as an aerospace engineer as you will be exposed to the entire development cycle.

      Cons

      Pay, communication and direction on projects could have been more clear.

      Great people, flexible hours, awesome product. Forward thinking engineers, building tomorrow's space Innovations. Small company so you get to learn/ perform many functions. Not the same old grind every day.
