Pros

staff discount, sample sale, good experience

Cons

staff, they hire unprofessional gossipy women and promote bullies into management, head office is a mess with good people being let go so new CEO can keep lining their own pockets and save on paying people fair salaries. Company has zero culture of respect or values, Area managers are air heads who like to belittle store employees so they feel a sense of power.

Pros

Amazing workshops. In every possible area they are the best and will get you ready for everything = management or sales assistant. Monthly bonus if you reach your monthly target was good if you are in a store which is able to make the month (if you are not you won't see anything and your area manager or area support manager won't support or help you). Former Head of Retail was amazing and under her lead everything was working perfectly. She cared about people and was able to see the potential and support and work together. Whenever something needed to be done she organised it and it was done. Everyone knew what is going on and company was profiting and everyone was happy. Big loss for L.K.B!!! Bi annual managers meetings with store managers from all Uk used to be perfect as you can meet each other and also staff and management from head office (these have now changed but should come back).

Cons

My first 3,5 years in company were amazing. Since new HoR started last year and London get new AM, everything went down hill. No one knew what was going on. Lots of people were leaving the company mainly from Head office, but also Stores. All changed to massive dis-organised company. No support, no comunication, unfair treating, just mess. Top managemet in Retail, VM , London AM with discusting attitude and no people skills what so ever. Company which takes your health and all free time away from you for their own benefit, but nothing for you. Not anymore. Not how it used to be before. Change of HoR and all qualified people have left the company and new starters or incompetent people were given the lead.

Pros

Lovely customers, amazing work colleagues, good but over priced product.

Cons

Was in a senior role for over 8 years and feel bullied out by my lack of ability as a working mum to change my previously agreed working contract. 32 hours was seen as not good enough for my role therefore was backed into a corner and made to feel undervalued and had no choice to leave. Was treated appalling by hr and retail team. Never late or off sick, never a negative visit and plenty money in till!
