Pros

- Great Brand with amazing products - up to 50% staff discount - thorough product training all paid - great working environment - if you are lucky you still get some nice incentive new products to try - you will improve your selling and customer service skills. - good pay for retail

Cons

- staff members even working for as many as 5 years don't really get acknowledged for their work, no support for any kind of promotion or growth within the company, unless you are willing to suck up to the management. - unrealistic sales targets and lots of pressure - sometimes you stay over time and don't get paid for it - lots of pressure for selling selected products regardless whether it is suitable for the customer or not - have to bother customers calling them trying to get them into the store to boost sales!

Pros

Previously worked with an amazing supportive team until change of upper management who only care about KPI

Cons

- Upper management do not care about you, your mental health or your well Being - management expected to stay back, come early, cover shift from other store with no extra pay - casuals are forced to open and close with no senior duty pay - ridiculously high expectations on something management can’t even achieve themselves - do not apply here unless you want to feel slaved in Melbourne / Australia

Pros

The location is beautiful and my coworkers (on the same level as me) were motivated and supportive.

Cons

Some of the executive staff would work unethically - I witnessed underage staff be exploited (worked overtime, worked long hours without breaks).
