      Not worth the stress

      Pros

      Overtime is mostly available when you need it. Being able to move up as long as you befriend the right people.That's it.

      Cons

      The cons for working at L&W plant 2. Communication sucks, management sucks, quality sucks, point system sucks, two 15 minute breaks unless you work 12 hours, stressful environment in certain areas, favoritism at its best, long hours in certain areas, strict policies.
