The free fruit snacks are good when they are available.
Cons
Your salary will be low balled. Expect to work long hours and weekends. No annual reviews are performed, so do not expected any raises. You will not be treated like you are human, they do not value or respect their employees. A lot of penny pinching going around which makes it difficult to get basic equipment to do your work properly. Severe lack in manpower due to high turnover, which results in other employees being overloaded. No flex hours and they will watch your clock in and out time closely. You are treated as if you are on call 24/7
