Very much into DEI, almost to a detriment. Large downsizing because they don't understand how to manage their contract hours. Poor communication with management team.
Very friendly co workers. The company seems to really care about their employees. The ability to work autonomously. Very good travel accommodations.
Cons
There are too many people at the management level. Seems like everyone wanted a fancy title. The HR department made severe employment cuts but managed to all keep their positions. HR was very over bearing and it sometimes affected the workload.
