From ownership down I am treated with respect and I feel like we're working towards the same goal. Work life balance is as good as you want it to be. Management is helpful and not high pressure.

- good trainings for starter SEO's - good benefits

Cons

- product teams workload very subject to change - many sales team members disrespectful and lack communication - time off doesn't change how much you need to do each month, each day off is more like 'work delayed' and forces employees to work evenings
