Best job I’ve ever had. Great, chill manager who focuses on goals and taking care of staff from a personal and professional standpoint.

Some great, talented, and smart people are here depending on the teams you work with. Random free food events a few times per month. Decent pay, compared to some of the other companies in this space.

Cons

Toxic infrastructure, and extremely rigid rules. It's 2024, and this company thinks a mandatory 4-day in-office schedule is the best solution in the face of needing to be flexible in 2028.
