-Lowest wages in Los Angeles -No vision for the company as a whole -Leadership tends to yell instead actually trying to solve issues -No standardization in networking tools, you even have to pay out of pocket if you want to use the best SSH client SecureCRT -Promotions are based off favoritism rather than skill and accomplishments
