      Poor managment

      Pros

      Free use of the gym, can meet amazing coworkers

      Cons

      Management is at its worse. The company will inform you what they represent and it sounds wonderful but when it comes down to it, it is completely false. Amazing trainers are gone and Management can not fathom why. The way they treat people, the negativity, and the sheer unprofessional attitudes is ridiculous. And when members leave or do not renew, no one looks as to why.

      Not Worth Your Time - Look Elsewhere

      Extremely nice facilities that are well maintained and kept clean For the most part there is a high end and respectful clientele

      Cons

      Very negative work environment Most of the good personal trainers have left and gone elsewhere Current trainers are unhappy and constantly complaining Company is deteriorating Clientele is very unhappy and looking to move elsewhere so most likely you wil not have many clients to train or work with Many times the gym is completely dead They never pay on time No rewards or praise for dedication and hard work Not a positive upbeat training environment Bad energy which is the last thing you want when working in the fitness industry Extremely high turnover of trainers

      Get to use the gym for free. Lots of downtime to complete schoolwork/homework & papers.

      Cons

      EVERYTHING! Mgmt sucks, pay sucks, benefits suck.
