Pros
Was a great place to learn about packaging, design concepts, and print techniques. The immediate workers felt close knit and family like.
Cons
Top level Management was consistently verbally abusive, belittling, and unwilling to compromise with timing, and direction. While I was employed I was alone concepting and designing around 8 makeup products, high stress environment as it acts like a startup, with little financial resources given to work with make up artists/photographers/models to help accelerate and promote business.
