      Pros

      Very friendly and welcoming work environment. Great team of professionals and scientists. Management is taking a good care of employees . Wide range of professional activities is taking place and lots of opportunity to improve your skills and utilize your existing knowledge and expertise.

      Cons

      NO cons! I worked in LACO just a few months and left because of personal reasons. LACO is growing and is getting more involved in the market.

      LACO works hard to take care of their employees. They’re headed in a great direction, and it’s a great company to work for. I learned so much!
