      Supportive Management: One of the standout aspects of my time at LADbible was the strong support from my direct manager. They took an active interest in my development and provided clear guidance and mentorship. It was evident that they cared about my growth within the company, and I truly appreciated the time they invested in helping me hone my skills. Great Team Culture: Despite the challenges, the team culture at LADbible was collaborative and positive. People were friendly, open to new ideas, and willing to work together to solve problems. It made for a very welcoming work environment.

      Cons

      One of the biggest challenges I faced at LADbible was the frequent requests with tight turnarounds, often with little to no clear briefs from agencies. This created a fair amount of ambiguity and made it difficult to fully understand the expectations, especially when trying to deliver quality work under time pressure.
