Lauretta (the boss of the company) is a borderline psychotic unit. She’ll hold a grudge for the most mundane of things, and instead of providing feedback, will start to spread rumours and sow discourse between members of her team. She breeds an awful culture in the company and is an absolute nightmare to work with. Not to mention the weird power dynamics between her husband Ross and herself… She’ll often mention how interns are “not cut out” for the work in her company to justify the high attrition rate, but the truth is she’s just borderline abusive. I’ve worked in events before, so I’m aware of how things should run, and I feel bad for the people I’ve seen come and go in the (short) time I’ve spent at the company. I would recommend everyone to stay away if you want to keep your sanity and dignity intact. Needless to say, I didn’t stick around very long in that hellhole.

In all my years of experience this is the worst company i have worked for. Crazy Lauretta, terrible structure. Delayed salary for months. Fair warning to Singaporeans to not join this ridiculous company
