      What a poor choice...

      Pros

      Intense work environment. Lots of problems to solve each day. Direct contact with upper management and owners.

      Cons

      Lots of intimate work relationships. Manager dating managers, managers dating employees, owner married an employee. Required overtime without pay for all managers. Lots of work without feeling appreciated by the company. Negative feedback from all other managers.

      Pros

      The GM is the best manager ive ever had. Good communication. The managers praise you for doing a good job making you feel appreciated. very clean environment.

      Cons

      there is really only one bad apple out of all managers , this said person can make you really feel like your disposable and doesnt treat everyone the same, this person will step on fellow staff /managers to better them-self.
