      I honestly love working here and have nothing bad to say. I was hired in February and everyone has been so welcoming and supportive from day one. Special shoutout to Caitlin because she’s genuinely the best boss I’ve ever had. I’ve worked under quite a few managers before, and she’s by far the best. She’s supportive, understanding, and has done an amazing job creating such a positive environment for both staff and patients. I actually look forward to coming to work every day, which is pretty rare these days 😂. I think that says a lot about the environment here. Everyone is so nice and friendly, and I’ve never felt like an outsider. It really feels like a team where people want to see each other succeed. I plan on staying here long-term and growing within the company. It’s rare to find a workplace where you feel genuinely supported and appreciated, and that’s exactly how I feel here. I’m really grateful to be part of this team and excited to see where this journey takes me.

      Fexible start time to suite traffic hours Dont have to think about work attire or choosing outfits Not tied down to a computer all day

      Cons

      No support, people are not managed at all and walk all over you. No organization within the clinc, people who don't pull their weight or who are not qualified have no repercussions, incompetent people get demoted but are given raises to not hurt their feelings and are not told that its because theyre not doing well in their position which is very discouraging if you're a performer. For some reason, everyone thinks their in charge.. lots of gossip and drama as well
