Everything. You are completely micromanaged. Not only do you have to defend your every action, you have to be cut throat or you'll never make it. Unless you are willing to throw people under the bus constantly you will never grow in the conpany. Management will stress you out beyond all belief and their expectations will change every day. If you run late, be ready to be under a microscope. Five minutes late and no matter how much extra you do the only thing that matters is that your late. If you can conform and not have an opinion you'll be fine but if you expect to have a voice this is not the place for you. Good luck with any issues because you will always be wrong and I wouldn't bother with HR because they always will find a way to make it your fault. There's reasons people are leaving right now and it's not because the type of work it's the management. They will paint a picture of these perks but will throw it in your face the minute you bring up a concern. Just be ready to have no one in your corner. Lastly policies will change without you even knowing and don't try to ask questions as it is a sign of distespect.
