Pros

Once you understand the process, and how “things work” it’s an not a hard job to do. Flexible start and end times. PTO and insurance is good. A good place to start, & expand your skills

Cons

Ever shifting priorities and processes. Turnover and shifting of responsibilities. No annual reviews. Very “lean”, and procedure gets thrown to the wind when it’s “crunch” time or people are out due to PTO. Be prepared to work OT or do things not in your job description on a semi frequent basis.
