      Worst bank I have ever been

      Pros

      Nothing is good about this bank.

      Cons

      Zero mentorship, unrealistic expectations, empty promises and almost no benefits. The staff here work more than 12 hours daily including weekends and off days. They even work till the middle of the night. Bad culture. Super manual processes that is insane and dont make any sense. Super high turnover rate. Within 3 months, more than 13 people left when the bank is so small. Almost everyone work less than 6mths to 1 year. It’s insane.

      Pros

      Nice Building, friendly atmosphere. the food in the cafeteria wasn't too bad. the circle of interns is fairly small but they do have some events.

      Cons

      Stuttgart is a nice city, but not the best place for a bank (see Frankfurt). Not very exciting job. People who work there are bored themselves, but it seemed that it was just inconvenient for them to try and find a new job.

      Good medical benefits Annual leave 30 days Trying to have more initiatives/incentives to be on par with other banks

      Cons

      Do not expect to have yearly salary increment and good bonuses Is not as competitive as other foreign banks Lacks good training programs/structures to train people
