Terrible Work/Life Balance and Compensation
Pros
Logan Business Concepts is a great place to work as a salesman and strengthen your communication skills. It offers a career ladder where you can work your way up to become a manager who leads his/her own team.
Cons
The company expects you to work from the morning at 10am all the way to 9pm at night for a compensation that is only based on commissions. You do not even get a base salary as entry level or even the higher levels. The only position you would get a base salary is as a manager, or assistant manager both of whom still have to work on the field. Therefore, this company offers terrible work/life balance where you have to work very long hours for practically no pay if you did not get any sales/customers because the pay is based on commissions.
