-Unmatched benefits including 401K and pension plan -Hard work is recognized and valued -Regular performance reviews -Healthy work environment with an expectation that everyone respects each other and remains friendly and professional -Clean, safe and upkept work environment -Leadership, including C-suite roles are present, involved and very supportive -Growth, development and longevity is very attainable, and leadership does a great job of guiding and coaching to reach your goals -Member focus is genuine and LBS does business with a strong sense of integrity, morales and transparency -Staff feels like family, we work hard together as a team -Diversity amongst employees makes us unique and relatable
