      Pros

      There is no Pro for this company. Stay away.

      Cons

      Company is obsessed with billable days. Training is not consistent. Pace is relentless. 100% over night travel for weeks at a time. No work life balance. Employees are ruthless. Small company with a multitude of issues. No matching 401k. Benefits are extremely expensive. Turn over is extremely high. A lot of discontent among employees.

      Pros

      Management is always accessible and listens to employees Multiple lines of business allow opportunities to those who work hard and show initiative There is no micro-managing here, so long as the work gets done in a timely manner Examiners are as independent as they wish to be Fair compensation Scheduling flexibility, if needed (such as requesting to stay local) and generous PTO No discontent among employees, and employees are not ruthless.

      Cons

      There is substantial travel involved. Yes. To respond to another reviewer: The fact that travel is a part of the job is not a secret. Not a con for this Company. It's a fact of the job. All Field Examiners travel. Hence the word "Field".
