The owner is more involved than most in weekly operations.
Cons
Amazon, the level of micro management, miscommunication, and frankly lack of good direction on top of basing every little thing off an estimated delivery with horrendous routes that back track and logically don't make sense to start with, then the pay doesn't scale well either, personally take this job if you need a job but don't think this road goes anywhere with or without you

Pros
- We deliver for Amazon and Amazon greatly overworks their employees. I've had to skip my breaks to finish my route just to avoid getting written up or fired for bringing packages back to the station at the end of the day.
Cons
- My personal bosses and the owners of this Delivery Sales Partner (DSP) are rather respectful and accommodating to the needs of employees. They have advocated for us against Amazon when necessary. - Free snacks and drinks to take on your route - Sometimes we do prize drawls based on your driving scorecards
