      Dealing with retailers in the field.

      Cons

      Poor management. Company sets a financial plan which affects your bonus every November based on what they think the projected sells for the coming year should be, without any deviation or fluctuation. Not an overall team player with employees.

      Great people to work with and supervisors were great at communicating when needing help.

      Cons

      Management would not help in the market if you ever needed it. Commission rate percentage gets lowered if you hit your quotas on the year. So if you do a good job your pay gets decreased.
