coworkers. great benefits. flexible schedule.
Cons
I like to work overtime. They discourage it. They have done away with LPN's. Without warning they have forced me to return to school for an RN. In the meantime I have to take a 25% cut in pay and work as a CNA, while going into debt for a student loan with no consideration of the 24 years I've devoted to them as an LPN. Tuition reimbursement is a joke. They really don't care about their employees, but that's no different than any other corporation.
