      Habits and emotional instability of individuals in leadership is horrendous. Aimless authority, that seeks to antagonize rather than lead with vision and strategy.

      Pros

      The students and staff are absolutely wonderful to work with! If you are looking to be part of an extended family, career opportunities, and a place where you will receive the right support from the administration, then you found your new home. It is incredible that the administration is very receptive to constructive feedback from the staff.

      Cons

      Sometimes too many changes, but it comes with the territory.
