Nice office and cool team members. Great training tools and ongoing education.
Cons
LEAF was a direct lender before getting purchased by People's United Bank and then M&T Bank, and now the culture has gone down the tubes. They maintain a cult-like mentality praying on weak-minded individuals by convincing them the job is "the best they are going to get" and constantly strip away benefits.
