Pros
- The onboarding process is quite good and a very detailed bootcamp was provided for trainees and juniors - The colleagues are quite nice
Cons
- There is high fluctuation in the CRO and SEO department, which is caused by employees leaving the company on free will, but also by a hire-and-fire mentality - Drinks in the office are costing extra - The amount of holidays is lower than in other agencies, but still acceptable
