Pros

LELO has been in the sex toy business for a long time. They create original products that are sold worldwide and they are very popular. Participation in this process, even selling them is a lot of fun. The colleagues were professional and it was an interesting period.

Cons

They need to improve shipping from China, to be faster. We would sell a lot of times in a short period and then we would have to wait for 5-6 days to get new toys. Not nearly as bad as in some other companies that I know of, but this can be improved.

Pros

It was all new to me, a sector I did not know much about. I learnt a lot fast. They gave me a chance and I appreciate that. I travelled quite a lot, so much fun. The office was small but the team was good. Free products, not much stress if you plan properly. Interesting products, original ideas and marketing/sales strategies.

Cons

Not for everybody due to the nature of the products. Only for those who are open to it.

Pros

There are only a few positive things I can say about working at LELO. They will buy and pay for your cell phone and get you a new laptop every few years (both of which you will turn in when you have had enough of the bull). People get to work from home and that is nice.

Cons

Oh where do I begin? Extremely low pay for the hours and travel you are required to work (10-14 hours a day with 10 days off per year). Management is clearly bi-polar, one day they have no idea whats going on and the next day you are micro managed to the point you want to cry and or quit. You clearly have no true professional leader in your corner. There is very little if no management support system, you are told if you don't like it then go work somewhere else. Management has selective memory and you barely see your annual raise in your paycheck as you are asked to write negative reviews online on competing products. HR and Payroll is managed by the same incompetent and controlling person, I wish for the day I never have to deal with this person again. If you want to be used, disrespected, ignored, made to feel stupid, overworked and grossly underpaid, please come and work for this global luxury brand. OH and get a part time weekend job, you'll need it to cover your bills. I'm outta here!
