- Good team members - Company legacy associated - You may have a different experience if you are favored by certain people in the office

- High level of internal politics and conflict in the upper management which impacts all employees - Inexperienced office and company management (Office Leadership, VP's, CEO, etc) - Short sighted hiring/ firing and business strategies - No mentoring, no bonuses and biased growth advancement opportunities (favoritism) - Terrible health and work benefits, low pay

Giant boys club. Traveling with project manager and hearing him talk explicitly about people, specifically minorities and women was pretty shocking not to mention despicable.

LAD Dallas Office Disappoints

Beautiful office in Uptown with 270 degree views.

Cons

Observations: Duplicitous and detached upper mgmt and senior ID mgmt; toxic work culture and miserable work/life balance created by upper mgmt playing favorites and blatant cronyism; senior ID designer at the center constantly withholding vital project info until the 11th hour on every deadline creating emergencies and missed deadlines; cheap as he**- not 1 bonus, not one perk, zero holiday functions; Senior mgmt lacked vision, passion for design, and a basic understanding of how the design process works in real time. Not everything can be crammed into a spreadsheet.
