Pros

Family-like atmosphere, lot's of fun team-building activities, etc.

Cons

Poor management with little to no expertise in areas that they manage. Favoritism, nepotism on steroids! Little to no development opportunities. Employees are rated by how popular they are and not the actual work they do. Poor pay. Very unprofessional environment with employees speaking openly about their political views and using racist nicknames for one another. HR is a joke! Too much Danish control. US affiliate has very zero autonomy.

Pros

Ambitious new leaders want to change the way the company operates. Recent reorganization brought marketing department into current times and the way new CEO communicates the strategy is clear and focused.

Cons

Some people at LEO US are set in their ways and have a difficult time with change. This makes it harder for the change in strategy to be accepted and new CEO to be embraced fully. It will take some time before everyone is aligned and moving in the same direction.
