Cons
Culture is going downhill fast. Gossip runs rampant and calendar stalking is encouraged. People are overworked and overwhelmed with no end in sight. Hiring is a mess- most people are hired based off who they know at the agency, if they worked at TRG, and/or to check a diversity box. There is no process across the agency or accounts, everyone makes things up as they go and errors occur often.
