Production manager Mark Walsh micromanaging all the people, terrible person.

Pros
1. Engineering Team is a great group to work with and share ideas. 2. For someone new (Grad) great place to learn and to get a feel for everything within and outside of engineering. 3. 401K 4. There is some potential as LF has been bought out by Delta Lighting group. So hoping for better changes.
Cons
1. Working with the other departments. 2. Company is Sales driven, which means Sales will pressure Engineering into working on their projects over others. Promising that a bigger order will happen, but sometimes it never did. 3. The Benefits are not as great as you might think. 4. Can be burnt out easily with the amount of work and "Surprise" work as well.
