      Toxic Workplace - Run!

      Pros

      Free health insurance. Fun offsite meetings.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership. The head of sales (now President) doesn't trust his VPs, much less salespeople, and micromanages everything down to the CPMs for each client. He was also charged with lies and fraud by the SEC when CEO of ComScore. Everyone is scared of him and talks behind his back. Toxic environment.

      Rocket ship that will be crashed by senior leadership

      Pros

      Some really great people work here below the senior leadership level. Some leaders have been open to feedback and change, like implementing a fertility benefit quickly after the old management team never followed up on it.

      Cons

      The most toxic and hostile place I’ve ever worked at. I’ve been told some leaders don’t like me because of my nationality and race. I’ve been screamed at for a minor difference in opinion. I made a complaint in writing to my boss about it and never heard back. Most of the senior leaders are playing politics, and it’s painfully obvious which ones are and aren’t. Whiny people get their way instead of looking at business needs. We don’t have values or operating norms which is insanely bad for our size. Transparency is severely lacking.

      Flexible/hybrid schedule, peers were great people, good product

      Cons

      Misogynistic, male culture from the top down. Unstable executive staff, was turned over after I departed. Culture was very toxic.
