      Health insurance, PTO, profit share

      Cons

      Everything except for 2 things above. Run away while you can. Extremely incompetent peple in the leadership position. Every single thing is controlled by HQ in Korea. (That is why people so called “the managers” are so incapable of doing their job) Limited growth opportunity. Other cons listed by other people are pretty much true too.

      Great learning experience with huge multinational corporation.

      Cons

      Culture is very old school korean style(hierarchical, quiet, serious atmosphere). Lots of reports and other work that takes time away from key job duties. The job will consume your life and leave you little time to focus on personal things.
