      - Work Life Balance is good.

      Cons

      - Work from Office (5days/week) - Worst when it comes to company policies. HRs are the least supportive. Higher management doesn't give a damn about employee welfare. - HRs lure new joinees into the illusion of Korea Travel which is not the case always. Even if you travel, you'll be bonded for 5 yrs. - Stagnant learning curve
