Pros

The benefits are really good and overall you will learn a lot working here. Working at LGE will help you to build your resume in so many ways but any job you take here will only be a stepping stone for your career. It is not going to be your lifelong career path like so many try to portray.

Cons

There is little to NO room for advancement at LGE and the people that are promoted have been waiting forever for said promotion. It's actually very sad and discouraging working in an environment like this. The pay is only fair, they took away bonuses and gave a tiny raise to compensate, which is laughable looking at the current state of the economy. Departments are struggling with NO staffing and management truly does not care, again very discouraging and sad. We are bombarded in all areas but as long as you get your job done without complaining management doesn't care about your workload or overall need for more help. The support you need, you will not get working here. Most jobs at LGE do not have a clear pathway, hence the lack of upward movement/promotions, and when you face burnout... nobody cares. The training at LGE is minimal and causes many mistakes, sloppy work, and lack of care when it comes to the handling of member accounts. LGE truly acts as if the company losing the AJC top rating last year was only due to Covid-19, but in all reality people are just unhappy and LGE doesn't care to make anything better for staff. They showed how much they "cared" by supplying food once a week when you come into the office but even coming in is a constant annoyance point for so many after we worked so hard during the pandemic and were shown no appreciation. Somehow the Marketing team was given the budget to be able to obtain an MLB PRO Baseball player, but yet we can't even be compensated fairly... makes sense.

Pros

I love the environment. They push for their employees to be very knowledgeable and to recognize member needs. They are pretty great with supporting their employees and being helpful any time a situation arises. They also have some decent incentives for doing your job well.

Cons

Part-time and Full-time vary a lot. There are better perks to being full time. Part-timers will work EVERY Saturday and if you need a Saturday off you have to go through a lot to find someone willing to close for you, possibly even having to pay someone to work for you.

Pros

CEO has the right vision, but the wrong people in place.

Cons

He has no ideal how is staff is being treated in each department and how the management team likes to degrade their employees.
