Pros

warm and friendly people, simple and open. BI department is famous for its friendship between colleages and mutual help. Competitive salaries, good working conditions, good benefits.

Cons

Unclear leadership. IT directors are not very contemporary, not innovative and not for the lack of trying. It is just that new technology and new metodolgies are applied blindly without good understanding and knowledge. Most high managers are there not for their abilities but thanks to the protectorate. So mainly managment is overly cautious and do everything to stay in their chairs.

Still a few really good smart people trying to keep Logibec afloat. Quebec focused.

Cons

Truly have lost there way…no vision and have forgotten their values and mission. Poor to no communication with customers and employees. Products are dated, the new ones are poorly built with very little investment to drive transformation in healthcare. Just milking the customer base.

Great people working there. Helpfull and invested. You can work from home, have summer afternoon off. The work you do there really help's out in the health care world.

Cons

Always restructuring and changing organisation. One of their corporate value is "human" but not a priority as clearly shown by their latest poor choices.
