Some mild dysfunctions, but they always seemed to work to my benefit. After 10 plus years this firm still seems to be going thru a few growing pains, but at least its an effort to improve upon itself. Although at times improvement may seem non-existent from the staff's perspective. Not a good place if you are not a self-starter as you should expect little help from your co-workers. A little, but not much. Most paralegals are paid for independently by their respective attorneys, so there is not often any one to help you out with procedures/admin things. Most systems snd procedures are easy to pick up.
