      Pros

      Friendly culture and good work-life balance. This is a young company and it is impressive how much effort is put into making the compqny a better place to work.

      Cons

      To be fair, the company has moved to a lovely new office. However, it's location in Wolverhampton means places to eat at lunch are limited.
