      Its hard work but a guaranteed check

      Pros

      Get paid every Friday. Fifty hours a week. And you can get more hours if you want.

      Cons

      Hard work very hard. The pay could be better. The Mexicans don't like Americans and they speaking in Spanish talking about you. All the managers are Mexican so of course they show favoritism.

      Management is exceptional as they are supportive in aspects of operations. They travel alot and visit their staff out of state. Wonderful place to work.

      Cons

      They are an international company and they are trying to establish a foothold in chicago, Illinois.
